Privacy
Updated on October 11, 2026.
A VPN only makes sense if whoever runs it doesn't watch you. This page says exactly what CloakVPN keeps and what it doesn't.
What we DON'T keep
- The sites, apps or services you access through the VPN.
- The address lookups (DNS) made by your computer.
- When you connected or disconnected.
- The internet address (IP) of your home or phone.
What we keep
- Your computer's public key, the one you copy in Identity. It gives no access to anything on your computer; it only tells the server it's you.
- Until when your access is valid.
- A fixed internal address the server reserves for you inside the VPN.
- The e-mail you used to ask for access, so we can reply.
On your computer
The app keeps your private key protected by Windows itself, the servers you added and your preferences. It also keeps an event log (connected, dropped, reconnected) that stays only on your computer and that you can delete.

Your rights
You can ask at any time what we have about you, or to delete all of it, by writing to privacidade@cloakvpn.com.br. Deleting your access removes you from the VPN immediately.
